What is Natrelle PERKS®?
Natrelle PERKS® is a special rewards program available to eligible patients who undergo breast augmentation with Natrelle® gel breast implants. Through Allergan Aesthetics’ Allē Loyalty Program, patients may receive:
- 500 Allē points to use toward future Allergan Aesthetics treatments
- Eligibility for a complimentary treatment of either:
- BOTOX® Cosmetic (up to 50 units), or
- JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC (up to two .55mL syringes)
Terms and conditions apply. Complimentary treatment does not include injection fees.
How the Program Works
Eligible patients who receive Natrelle® gel implants can enroll through the Allē app after surgery. Once your procedure is complete:
- Download the Alle– app.
- You must be an Alle– Member to claim your complimentary Natrelle Perks® offer.
- Confirm your Natrelle® breast augmentation was logged in your Allē– transaction history, which you can find in your Allē– Wallet.
- Select Your Offer.
- Text “PERKS” to “65190” to opt in for Allē– text messages.
- Click on the second link to select your complimentary treatment offer.
- Your selected treatment offer will be deposited into your Allē– Wallet within 48 hours and cannot be changed.
Patients must claim their offer within six months following surgery, and the selected reward must also be redeemed within the specified timeframe.
