Surgical Procedure: Modified Rhytidectomy, fat grafts to cheeks an Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). This patient was concerned about deepening lines on either side of her mouth, sinking cheek bones, and excess skin of her upper eyelids.
