The Botox Treatment

Then, a fine needle will be used to inject the Botox® Cosmetic into the appropriate areas. Treatment is quick and usually takes 15-30 minutes to complete.

Following your Botox® Cosmetic treatment, you may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site. These effects are temporary and will resolve with time. Be sure to avoid rubbing the treated area for the best results. There is no downtime required, though we do recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and alcohol consumption for 12-24 hours after treatment. Patients will see full results within 7-10 days and last 3-4 months. Repeated injections are needed to maintain the desired appearance.
