Registered Nurse
The primary responsibilities include working with patients and the physician team in a cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, medical office setting.

The successful candidate must be motivated, self directed, time efficient, friendly and a team player.

A current RN licensure for the state of Michigan is required. Previous experience in plastic surgery is preferred.

Insurance Billing Specialist
The primary responsibilities include, all medical billing functions; insurance verification, preauthorization, electronic/paper claims submission, denials, charge entry, payment posting, and reconciling daily posting. Other administrative tasks include appointment scheduling, backup phone and front desk coverage.

Prior insurance and coding knowledge from training or experience required.

Patient Service Representative
The primary responsibilities include the management of incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, product shipment and mail distribution in the office.  Other administrative tasks may include managing medical records and front desk reception.

Prior experience preferred in a similar capacity involving direct communication with the public, preferably in a medical setting.
